I just bought tickets online and the website crashed. I refreshed the page and clicked “complete my order” and it gave me a warning saying “It appears this order has already been completed”, but it also says that my order is not compete. Do I buy more tickets? Am I supposed to be receiving an e-mail with the tickets? I’m not really sure what’s happening here.
Hi Stacey,
We are looking into it, and will send you an e-mail ASAP to figure out the situation.

Hi ,
I am just wondering if this is a family event? are children welcome to attend the concert??
Kelly
Hi Kelly,
Thanks for the question. Yes, this event is family friendly! Children are welcome to attend the concert. We know of some families who are planning to attend.

We were really hoping to go to the concert. Will there be any shelter if it is raining??
Hi Patrice,
In the case of rain, the stage will be covered so the performers will still be able to perform. We encourage all attendees to bring umbrellas, coats, and whatever gear they may need to stay comfortable.
We hope you will be able to attend!
